From Nihon Unisys to Omniture, Cloudera, Box, and Pendo, Takayama has grown software businesses across Japan and Asia-Pacific, and in each, he’s witnessed the same challenge emerge: language as a barrier to global growth. Now at DeepL, he’s dedicated to empowering enterprises in Japan and Korea to compete and win on the world stage. He believes the next era of growth belongs to companies bold enough to think globally and move fearlessly across borders.

Takahiro Anno
Member of Japan's House of Councillors; Founder of Team Mirai, AI Engineer & Science Fiction Author
He graduated from Kaisei High School and the University of Tokyo, where he studied under Professor Yutaka Matsuo, chair of the Cabinet Office’s AI Strategy Council.

After working at the Boston Consulting Group, Anno founded BEDORE Inc. (now PKSHA Communication), an AI chatbot company, and later co-founded MNTSQ, Ltd., a legal technology startup. Both ventures focused on transforming social systems through digital technology.
In 2024, he ran for Governor of Tokyo on a platform centered on digital democracy, receiving over 150,000 votes. In May 2025, he founded the political party Team Mirai. He was elected to the House of Councillors (proportional representation) in the same year, achieving the threshold for official party status with over 2% of the national vote.

Anno continues to advance initiatives that connect policy with the realities on the ground, leveraging AI-driven civic participation and fostering two-way, interactive communication between citizens and politics.
Noriko Rzonca
Chief Digital Officer, Cosmo Energy Holdings
After earning a Ph.D. in psychology in the United States, she worked in the R&D of a major auto insurance company, where she was responsible for customer and product analysis. Upon returning to Japan, she led the launch of several business analytics departments at a foreign-affiliated financial institution, contributing to the promotion of data-driven management. In 2021, she assumed the role of Chief Data Officer (CDO) at Cosmo Energy Holdings, Inc. She is driving initiatives to enhance brand value, build DX/AX infrastructure, and develop talent in change management.
Takaaki Lima
Strategy Management Group, Aftermarket Business, General Manager, Pioneer Corporation
After working at PwC, Roland Berger, and Microsoft, he joined Pioneer Corporation in 2020. He is responsible for the growth and transformation of the mobility services business, leading efforts in business strategy, digital transformation, marketing, customer experience improvement, and sales and organizational reform.
